The Key Is Me Foundation is a youth mentoring and community outreach program dedicated to making a lasting impact in economically disadvantaged communities. Our mission is to empower individuals and families by providing support, resources, and meaningful connections through community events, training and development courses, youth camps, Hebraic education, and Stop Hunger initiatives.
Our vision is to restore dignity and quality of life by honoring the hertiage, culture, values, and unique contributions of all people. As an Israelite organization, we embrace our spiritual duty to serve those in need and to uplift communities regardless of race, religion, or identity through compassion, equity, and shared purpose.

Our Founders
About The Founders
Shi’Yah and Pictra are longtime residents of Dallas, Texas, and have been successful business owners for over 25 years.
Shi’Yah is the owner and operator of Grand Master Cutz Barbershop in Mesquite, Texas, where he has served the community as a Master Barber and Instructor for more than two decades. In addition to his professional work, Shi’Yah leads The Shema, a ministry dedicated to Hebraic education and biblical studies.
Pictra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and a Master’s Degree in Social Work. She is also a Master Trainer for the State of Texas. The Two has founded The Program R.O.Y.A.L.T.Y. (Raising Our Youth As Leaders Through YAH), The two empower young people ages 5–19 through cultural and Hebraic education, leadership, and personal development. Their shared mission is to unite the nation and uplift low-income families by providing access to vital resources, community connections, and opportunities for healing and empowerment. Together, Shi’Yah and Pictra Israel strive to make a lasting Kingdom impact by partnering with business professionals, skilled leaders, and resource managers to transform communities through career-based training, mentorship, and faith-centered development
